Impact Mann was a part of Gardner-Webb and Vanderbilt before transferring to Georgia State, so he needed a waiver from the NCAA to play in his junior year. Now that he has been granted eligibility, the 6-foot-6 forward can play with the Panthers in 2022-23 and will have two years left with the team.
