Impact Stout will miss a second straight game, though the sophomore's absence likely won't have much of an impact on UMBC's rotation. He's played no more than eight minutes in a game this season and has seen most of his action in garbage time. His next chance to play would come Thursday, assuming UMBC picks up a win Tuesday.
