Impact Smith was held scoreless in just seven minutes of action last Saturday, and not only was he pulled from the starting lineup here, but his two minutes played were the junior guard's lowest total of the season. It's not the first time Smith has been benched this season in favor of freshman Mario Saint-Supery, as Smith came off the bench for a stretch of nine games in a row that started in mid-November, but he regained his starting status prior to the end of the calendar year. It may be too late to repeat that effort with the Zags gearing up for postseason play, and Saint-Supery's solid play of late.
