Impact The Bulldogs are tweaking their starting lineup and Tyon Grant-Foster, who came off the bench in the team's first three games, will start over Innocenti. Innocenti is averaging just 5.0 points per game in four starts this season.

Full workload in return Innocenti closed Saturday's 95-75 win over San Francisco with seven points (3-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and two steals over 24 minutes.

Impact Innocenti was held out of the team's previous contest agaisnt Santa Clara with an illness, but he was able to make his return against San Francisco. The 6-foot-5 sophomore saw a full workload against the Dons, playing 24 minutes while recording seven points and four rebounds. His next opportunity will come in the WCC Tournament.

Getting loose Saturday Innocenti (illness) was spotted warming up prior to Gonzaga's tip-off against San Francisco, Jim Meehan of The Spokane Spokesman-Review reports.

Impact The forward missed the Zags' win over Santa Clara on Wednesday with an illness, but he appears to be attempting to give it go against San Francisco. The bench forward has seen his playing time spike since the calendar flipped to 2025, and he averages 2.2 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists in that time frame.

Out Tuesday Innocenti won't play Tuesday against Santa Clara due to an illness, Theo Lawson of The Spokane Spokesman-Review reports.

Impact Gonzaga will have one fewer option in the frontcourt due to the absence of Innocenti. The extent of the illness is uncertain, but there's a chance he might be able to return for the matchup against San Francisco on Saturday, March 1.

Surprise start Saturday Innocenti finished with eight points (3-5 FG, 2-4 3Pt), two rebounds, five assists and one block across 23 minutes during Saturday's 105-62 victory over Portland.

Impact Innocenti went from logging a combined two minutes in three games (including two DNPs) to making his first start of the season and recording season highs in minutes, points and assists. It's unclear what may have happened in practice this week to result in Mark Few shaking things up and benching Khalif Battle, but there was likely a message getting sent after back-to-back WCC losses. Despite the solid performance from Innocenti, it seems unlikely an extended run in the starting five is forthcoming.
