After seeing only 13 minutes in the first game, Malone exploded Friday, leading the Buffaloes with 27 points in 31 minutes, shooting 66.7% while adding five boards, two steals and draining one of his two shots from three. While Malone has started the season off the fantasy radar, this performance makes him a player to monitor moving forward.
