Former 5-star recruit Dior Johnson enters transfer portal in pursuit of 6th college commitment | Sporting News Dior Johnson has been everywhere.
Leaving Central Florida Johnson is entering the transfer portal, Joe Tipton of On3.com reports.
Impact Johnson will search for his third collegiate team after starting his career with Pitt and playing this past season with UCF. The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 2.9 points and 1.0 rebounds on 8.5 minutes per game across 35 games this past season. He'll hit the portal with two years of eligibility remaining.

Impact Johnson started his career last season at Pittsburgh, but took a redshirt after being issued a suspension and left the team in August of 2023. He's now looking to get a fresh start with the Knights, and while he's healthy enough to suit up, he doesn't yet appear to be in line for significant minutes at the onset of the season.

Impact Johnson will get a fresh start with the Knights after never seeing the court in his tenure with Pitt and ending up playing this past season with Clarendon Community College. The 6-foot-3 guard is a former four-star recruit, and he averaged nearly 30 points per game with Clarendon in the 2023-24 year.

Impact Johnson was suspended from all team activities last month over an incident that occurred in September with a female student. There's been no real update from the Pittsburgh coaching staff on the situation, as Johnson is facing criminal chargers. It doesn't seem like Johnson will be back anytime soon.
