Impact Carter spent four years at Navy, and is coming off his best season yet, averaging 13.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists across 32 starts for the Midshipmen. The 6-foot-4 guard also shot 37 percent from deep on 5.5 attempts per game. After four near complete seasons, it appears Carter will have one more year of eligibility.

The 6-foot-4 guard, who also shot 50 percent from the field and 34 percent from deep (on 5.4 attempts per game) will look to bring his scoring prowess to Davidson immediately.
