Commits to Kansas State N'Guessan has transferred to Kansas State, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact N'Guessan spent two seasons with Virginia Tech, averaging 9.6 minutes in 2020 and 13.3 minutes in 2021 while never logging a start. In 2021, the forward put up 3.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists. N'Guessan will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Nearly perfect in season opener N'Guessan ended Tuesday's 82-47 victory over Maine with 15 points (7-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT) and one block over 18 minutes.

Impact N'Guessan couldn't have dreamed about a better way to start the season, as he hit all of his field goals and also left his mark defensively. Expecting this kind of output -- and these levels of efficiency -- aren't realistic, though, and he shouldn't be more than a bench piece going forward for the Hokies.
