Peyton Marshall - Picks UNC-Charlotte Marshall will transfer to UNC-Charlotte, per Sam Kayser of League Ready.
Impact Marshall spent his sophomore season at Georgia Tech after starting his career at Missouri. The 7-foot center averaged 3.3 points and 2.9 rebounds last fall while shooting 54 percent from the field. He'll have two more seasons remaining with the 49ers.

Dorian Finister - Heads to Charlotte Finister (transfer portal) has committed to joining UNC-Charlotte ahead of the 2026-27 season, PortalUpdates reports.
Impact Finister gets a fresh start with a new program after playing last season with UL-Lafayette. The junior guard averaged 14.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.1 steals on 32.5 minutes across 31 starts last season. He will fight for a starting role in the upcoming campaign.

Impact Fort had a quiet sophomore season at Georgetown, averaging 3.3 points and 3.2 rebounds across 13.5 minutes per game. Now, the 6-foot-9 forward will take his talents to Charlotte, where he should immediately compete for a starting role in the frontcourt.

Impact McKinley didn't have a big role as a freshman with Cincinnati in 2025-26. He's following head coach Wes Miller to Charlotte, and he could have a bigger role in a new setting.

Impact Tillery spent his freshman season as a depth piece at Cincinnati, averaging 3.8 points and 1.2 rebounds across 12.4 minutes off the bench. It's unclear whether that role will change in a new program, but he should see playing time under head coach Wes Miller, who was the head coach in Cincinnati in 2025-26.

Impact Rodriguez, along with various teammates, followed coach Wes Miller to UNC-Charlotte after playing his freshman year at Cincinnati. The 6-foot-6 guard averaged 2.3 points and 1.1 rebounds on 7.7 minutes across 15 appearances.

Impact Grant will get a fresh start with his new program after playing the previous two seasons at Rutgers. The 6-foot-8 forward had a productive campaign last season, averaging 9.5 points and 4.2 rebounds on 23.9 minutes across 34 appearances.

Impact James had a solid but limited year at Cincinnati after he missed the first 10 games of the season. The 6-foot-3 point guard will now spend his final year of eligibility with the 49ers.

Dezayne Mingo - Goes off for 35 points Mingo posted a career-high 35 points (11-17 FG, 8-11 3Pt, 5-9 FT), four rebounds and six assists over 38 minutes during Friday's 83-78 win over UAB.
Impact Mingo is taking over the American Conference Tournament. He recorded a triple-double in the first game against Tulane, then hit eight 3-pointers to upset the Blazers. Up next is South Florida on Saturday in the semifinals. Mingo had nine points and four assists in the loss to the Bulls on Sunday.

Impact Mingo set season highs in both rebounds and assists. The 6-4 senior had three 10-assists games earlier in the season. He missed one game, but started the other five most recent games and averaged 11.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 6.4 assists over that span. The 49ers play against UAB on Friday. Mingo had 13 points and four assists in the Mar. 4 loss to the Blazers.

Impact Bradford scored 31 points in the season opener. He was held to seven points in the regular season finale against South Florida, but looked like a different player against the Green Wave. The 6-5 sophomore set a season high in 3-pointers. The 49ers take on UAB on Friday. Bradford had 17 points and seven rebounds int he loss to the Blazers on Mar. 4.

Impact Freeman will now miss his third straight game, as he closed the regular season with two straight absences. The senior guard has been rather inconsistent for the 49ers this season, averaging 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
