Impact Fletcher will enroll in a fourth program in his career after previous stops at Kentucky, Florida State and Xavier. The best season of his career came in 2022-23, when he averaged 10.8 points per game, but he only logged 10 appearances in that campaign. He was limited to 11 appearances off the bench in 2024-25 for Xavier, but he should play a bigger role for High Point.

Impact It's been quite the journey for Fletcher in his collegiate career. He started off as a highly rated recruit with Kentucky before taking his talents to Florida State after one season. Fletcher spent three seasons with the Seminoles where he battled a number of injuries. The best stretch of his career came in the 2022-23 season where he played 10 games and averaged 10.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 three-pointers and 1.3 steals per contest. Fletcher was able to find much of a role with Xavier, but he'll give it one more go in the transfer portal to try to find a place where he can close out his collegiate career.
