Logs five minutes against WVU Benson recorded zero points and two personal fouls in five minutes on the court Tuesday against West Virginia.
Impact Benson had apparently been cleared to return Saturday following a three-game absence due to a leg injury, but ultimately remained sidelined for a fourth consecutive contest. The junior guard made his return Tuesday, and while largely an afterthought in the rotation, his role wasn't much different than the one he had at the start of the year. Benson should now at least be good to go for a depth role moving forward.

Injures leg in practice Benson suffered a leg injury Friday and did not travel with the team for Monday's matchup against West Virginia, Carlos Silva Jr. of the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reports.
Impact Benson is considered a depth option at the wings for the Red Raiders, at best, given he's only seen single digit minutes in all 12 games he's appeared in this year. He should be considered day-to-day in advance of Saturday's matchup against LSU.
