Impact Davis missed the past five games due to a knee injury, but he returned Tuesday to play his typical role of frontcourt reserve, recording his first assist this season in the process. With Michigan's frontcourt playing well lately, Davis figures to maintain his role of backup center to Hunter Dickinson.

Impact Davis has locked down a starting spot through the first five games but hasn't exactly spent the lion's share of the time on the floor, averaging just 12.6 minutes per game. Unfortunately, the foot injury occurred during Davis' best showing to date, having exited after notching 12 points and three boards. With Davis out, look for Hunter Dickinson to move into a starting role and potentially grab a few more minutes per game.
