Impact Cook will enter the portal following a single season with Eastern Wahington. The 6-foot-4 senior was a star for the Eagles this past season, averaging 15.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game across 31 contests. Cook will need an eligibility waiver for next season.

Out for season Cook will not play in the 2025-26 season due to a broken ankle, Dan Thompson of The Spokesman-Review reports.

Impact Cook reportedly broke his ankle during a scrimmage in October and had multiple ankle fractures as well as cartilage damage. The senior guard led Eastern Washington with 15.8 points last season and will leave a large void for the Eagles to fill. UC-Riverside transfer Isaiah Moses is a candidate to lead the team in scoring after averaging 12 ppg last season.

Impact Cook (undisclosed) returned from his one-game absence to drop 24 points in a blowout loss. He didn't get the start, but still played 28 minutes, right around his usual workload. He'll look to close the season on a high note against Montana on March 3.
