Chandler Jackson and Joey Chammaa scored 21 points each to Arkansas State to an 89-85 win over Ohio on Monday in a season opener for both teams

Finally returns Thursday Hadaway (leg) closed Thursday's 90-85 OT loss to Toledo with seven points (3-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and eight rebounds in 21 minutes.

Impact Hadaway, who missed the previous 14 games due to a leg injury, made his return to the court Thursday. He came off the bench and played a solid 21 minutes, providing seven points and eight rebounds (three offensive) in the overtime loss.

Impact Hadaway will miss his 14th straight game. The forward hasn't played since Jan. 17, although he was warming up without a boot for the first time since his injury. That could indicate a possible return for the MAC tournament, which tips off on March 13.

Impact Hadaway was helped off the court against Akron and didn't play in the Bobcats' last game against Eastern Michigan. With the forward being spotted on a scooter, it's safe to say that he'll miss the Friday night showdown with the Golden Flashes, and likely longer. Prior to his leg injury, Hadaway was an every-game starter who averaged 10.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists.
