Transfers to Milwaukee Rand announced his transfer to Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Saturday, Nick Daschel of The Oregonian reports.

Impact Rand will be transferring for the second time, having begun his college career at Memphis before moving to Oregon State prior to last season. He didn't start a game for the Bears but averaged 13.6 minutes, 5.3 points and 2.4 rebounds per game off the bench. He'll have to sit out for a year unless granted a waiver.
