The Miz becomes first two-time Grand Slam Champion in WWE history

The Miz didn't just break the Internet at WWE Elimination Chamber, he made history.

By cashing in his Money in the Bank contract and defeating Drew McIntyre to become a two-time WWE Champion, WWE's A-Lister also became the first two-time Grand Slam Champion in WWE history.

In addition to his two WWE Title victories, The Miz is an eight-time Intercontinental Champion, eight-time Tag Team Champion and two-time United States Champion. Sunday marked Miz's second successful cash-in, more than 10 years after he cashed in against Randy Orton on Raw on Nov. 22, 2010.

As a Grand Slam Champion, The Awesome One was already among exclusive company that includes WWE Hall of Famers Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero and Kurt Angle.

Several other Superstars are on the cusp of the two-time accomplishment, with Seth Rollins and Edge both one more United States Title victory shy, while Rey Mysterio and Kofi Kingston are a second WWE Championship away from joining the elite club. But The Miz currently stands alone after beating them all to the punch.
