Lee has put down every challenger, but he has recently needed some help from Tyler Bate, who has aided him at ringside and shared healing moments backstage through their meditation sessions.  Jealous of this partnership, Joe Gacy made it his mission to drive a wedge between the two Superstars, but it backfired into them agreeing to a match at Battleground.
