Battle Royal to determine fifth and final competitor in North American Title Match at NXT Stand & Deliver

After Wes Lee was awarded the opportunity to determine his opponents for his North American Championship Fatal 5-Way Match, he chose three of his challengers and announced that a Battle Royal will decide the final competitor.  Lee confirmed that Dragon Lee, Ilja Dragunov and JD McDonagh are already locked into the match, and Superstars like Jinder Mahal, Dabba-Kato, Axiom and Dijak have made it clear that they want the final spot.  Who will outlast the other Superstars and challenge for the NXT North American Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver?
