Davis double-double guides Delaware past Monmouth 84-80

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Jyare Davis finished with 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead Delaware to an 84-80 victory over Monmouth on Saturday.

Cavan Reilly and Christian Ray added 13 points apiece for the Blue Hens (14-9, 6-4 Coastal Athletic Association). Jalun Trent pitched in with 11 points, five rebounds, four assists and two blocks.

Xander Rice led the Hawks (12-11, 5-5) with 24 points and five assists. Nikita Konstantynovskyi had 14 points and eight rebounds. Jack Collins totaled 10 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
