Owings Mills, MD (Sports Network) - The Baltimore have re-signed linebacker to a three-year contract.

Thomas missed the final three games of the 2003 season after undergoing elbow surgery. Thomas, who was injured in a collision with teammate on December 7, also was selected as the AFC's special teams representative for the Pro Bowl.

The Southern Mississippi product started 11 games in 2003, recording 34 tackles on defense, 23 on special teams and four sacks. Baltimore selected Thomas in the sixth round of the 2000 draft.
