News: Milliner, who is recovering from Achilles' surgery, was very limited in last week's OTAs, ESPN.com reports.
Impact: The report suggests that it looks like Milliner won't be full-go until training camp, at which point the No. 9 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft will look to reclaim a role in the Jets' secondary. Moreover, with the team having added cornerbacks Darrelle Revis, Antonio Cromartie and Buster Skrine to the mix this offseason, the Jets could elect to proceed cautiously with Milliner and place him on the physically-unable-to-perform list to start the season.
