In lieu of the rise in penalties called for taunting and unsportsmanlike conduct due to "sexually suggestive" celebrations, the NFL stated they would send out a video to all 32 teams specifying what is considered unsportsmanlike conduct. Yardbarker's "insiders" were able to acquire a copy of the tape. Viewer discretion is advised.
