WWE's Paige Comments on Recent Neck Surgery

Paige recently underwent neck surgery for the injuries she sustained and took to Twitter to address the fans on it.

Paige has been out of action since June 27 episode of Raw due to a neck injury. Since then, she got suspended twice for failing WWE’s Wellness Policy. Her last violation got her a 60-day suspension from the WWE. Despite multiple rumors suggesting she might part ways with the WWE, she is yet to comment on this situation.

Paige has continued to be in the spotlight, though. She recently proposed to Alberto Del Rio during a live event at Puerto Rico Wrestling Show. Del Rio also parted ways with the WWE in September, which has led to speculation about her status ever since.

Recently, the 24-year-old took underwent neck surgery, which will keep her out into 2017. She confirmed the news on Wednesday via Twitter and provided an update..

She also posted a tweet with pictures of Del Rio at the hospital.

It is certainly good to know that despite all the controversy surrounding them, they are a happy couple.

Paige was poised for greatness from the moment she debuted on the main roster. she then scored an upset win over the then Divas champion AJ Lee. However, with the onset of Divas Revolution, she would get lost in the shuffle. While women like Sasha Banks and Charlotte rose to the top of the mountain in the women’s division, Paige took a back seat. Her ill-timed neck injury and the subsequent Wellness Policy violations only made matters worse. We certainly wish her a speedy recovery and a fast return to the squared circle.
