Watch Goldberg's epic entrance for the first time in 12 years
49-year-old pro wrestling legend returned to a WWE ring for the first time since WrestleMania XX back in 2004, and he accepted Brock Lesnar's challenge to what appears to be the last match of his career.
Goldberg went through his classic entrance, starting in the backstage area of the Pepsi Center in Denver, and told fans he made his return so that his wife and son could see him live in the ring for the first time. He then accepted Paul Heyman's challenge on behalf of Brock Lesnar, and said his next match would be his last.
"Brock Lesnar, not only does that mean you're next. But most importantly, it means... Brock Lesnar, you're last."
Michael Cole announced that Brock Lesnar will make an appearance on Raw next week to respond to Goldberg.
Also of note: WWE used Goldberg's WCW-era entrance theme, which is immeasurably better than the remixed version he used in WWE.
