Paige Proposes to Alberto Del Rio at Puerto Rican Wrestling Show (Video)

On Sunday night, it looks like Paige proposed to Alberto Del Rio at a wrestling event in Puerto Rico.

Paige and Alberto Del Rio’s relationship has arguably been the most public one in wrestling. They revealed their relationship in May, although it’s unknown when the two actually started dating. This led to social media posts of the couple together.

Since then, the two have both been suspended under WWE’s Wellness Policy. The British star even failed a second time and is out for another 60 days. Del Rio has since left WWE and is working independent dates. The two have remained in a relationship despite this.

Well, it seems their relationship has gone to the next level. Paige has apparently proposed to Del Rio at a WWC show in Puerto Rico, and he said yes.

It has been a tumultuous past few months for the couple, but it’s good to see moments like this. Congrats to them.

As for what’s next, while Del Rio is probably done with WWE for good, Paige is still under contract. It looks like she has to undergo neck surgery, which Mexico’s Greatest Export recently noted on Twitter. He also may have taken a shot at WWE for potentially thinking she doesn’t need the operation. This and potentially more events could make this a developing battle between WWE and Paige.

We’ll see if Paige ever steps foot into a WWE ring again. There has been tension between the two sides for months, which doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon.
