UFC 170: Rousey vs. McMann Viewing and Schedule Guide
UFC president Dana White says that women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is not only one of the best fighters on the planet, but she's also quickly becoming the biggest star on the promotion's roster but to maintain her top dog status she has to defend her title for the second time in less than two months when she headlines UFC 170 this weekend.
Rousey will also accomplish another feat the moment she steps foot in the cage because it will be the first time that two Olympic medalists face off in the UFC for a belt with her opponent Sara McMann looking to take home the gold after taking the silver in freestyle women's wrestling in 2004.
There's also an intriguing co-main event as Daniel Cormier makes his first cut down to 205 pounds and faces an old wrestling rival named Patrick Cummins, who steps in to take the fight on just a week's notice. Cummins claimed he once made Cormier cry in training, and he plans on doing the same when they meet but with the former two-time Olympian on the cusp of a title shot, there's no way he'll take it easy on the UFC newcomer.
With a ton going on in Las Vegas this week as we head towards Saturday night here's a detailed guide for all the programming you can catch both online and live on television.
