Two pivotal flyweight fights added to UFC Fight Night in Cincinnati
Cincinnati is getting a pair of flyweight fights.
UFC Fight Night on May 10 got a pair of 125-pound fights, the UFC announced early Friday morning. Chris Cariaso will meet Louis Smolka and Kyoji Horiguchi takes on Darrell Montague in the Queen City.
Cariaso (16-5) has won two in a row, including a decision victory Danny Martinez at UFC 169 earlier this month. The 32-year-old veteran sports a pretty nice 6-3 record in the UFC. Smolka (7-0) is coming off an impressive UFC debut against Alptekin Ozkilic, a unanimous decision win. At just 22, he's an interesting prospect in the flyweight division.

Horiguchi (12-1) is dropping down to 125 for the first time against Montague (13-3). Horiguchi has won six straight, the last coming in October against Dustin Pague. The 23-year-old pulled out of a UFC 169 fight against the aforementioned Cariaso due to injury. Montague, 26, is coming off a loss in his UFC debut to John Dodson in October.
