The Round Up: UFC fight announcements this week

It was a big week for fight matchups to be made with several high profile cards taking place before the end of 2014 getting headliners including the upcoming UFC Fight Night on FOX show in Phoenix, Arizona.

Former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos returns for the first time in over a year as he takes on Ohio native Stipe Miocic in the five round main event taking place on December 13. Dos Santos is looking to get back into the deep of the division while Miocic hopes to add a signature win with a title shot potentially looming overhead.

Lyoto Machida was also booked for his next fight as he will head home to Brazil to take on former Ultimate Fighter contender C.B. Dollaway as the main event in the newly announced UFC Fight Night card from Brazil on December 20.
