Best of British in this week's UFC World Podcast and Davies and Bisping fly the flag. Will Davey Grant become the fifth British or Irish fighter to win TUF? UFC middleweight Michael Bisping thinks so, and he joins UFC World Podcast host Gareth A Davies as co-host to discuss the young fighter who once trained with him at the Wolfslair in Widnes, in the north of England.

Bisping sees parallels with himself in Grant in background and motivation, and believes Grant will be driven to victory by his mental toughness and the thought of his young family at home. Bisping reveals that he had such bad nerves on the night of his TUF 3 Finale, he almost passed out. Gareth and Michael discuss whether a sports psychologist can help when you are fighting a 'friend' and the No 4 ranked middleweight expresses shock at TUF house-mates not making the weight.

Broadcaster and fighter broach the subject of women's MMA, Rousey v Tate, and whether the TUF series has been good for the women's area of the sport.

Turning their attention to the views of Marc Goddard, they discuss his theory that the 10-points must scoring should not return to the old Pride system, when a fight was judged on its entirety. Goddard believes MMA, as a young sport, simply needs to tighten up on its judging. Finally, host and co-host discuss Nate Diaz v Gray Maynard... and find difficulty picking a winner.
