Michael Bisping calls out Brock Lesnar: 'Real men don't cheat in a real fight'
Michael Bisping doesn’t have a lot of nice things to say about Brock Lesnar
Michael Bisping has never been one to mince words when it comes to his fellow fighters caught using banned substances. The reigning UFC middleweight champion, and now record holder for most wins inside the Octagon, ‘The Count’ has become just as famous for his verbal attacks as he has for his actually fighting ability.
But this time, Bisping is taking aim at one the biggest names in the sport – literally.
Appearing on the The Ric Flair show, Bisping called UFC heavyweight Brock Lesnar every name in the book for his two two anti-doping violations in July
“How tough do you think Brock Lesnar is? Listen I respect any man that steps into the octagon because it takes balls,” said Bipsing. “But if you have to go in there and take steroids to do it? F-ck you, you cocky son of a b-tch. Kiss my ass. I will knock Brock Lesnar out with one f-cking punch. I will take him and throw him out of the octagon like the p–sy that he is. Am I making myself clear? F-ck Brock Lesnar! F-ck steroids! F-ck all you f-cking f–gots that want to come in here and take steroids. Am I making myself clear? I apologize for using that word, I shouldn’t have said that (f–gots). But, steroids have destroyed the sport and anyone that takes them, kiss my a–”
“He’s a big son of a b-tch but as I said. Real men don’t cheat in a real fight. In your world you have to look good, you have to be big and it’s expected for the audience. You guys good for you, good for you. In a real fight we shouldn’t be cheating and taking steroids.”
Lesnar (5-3) was last seen earning a unanimous decision win over Mark Hunt at UFC 200 earlier this month. This victory marked the former NCAA wrestling champion’s first professional fight since he announced his retirement back in 2011.
However, the UFC later announced Lesnar had been flagged by the U.S. Anti-Doping agency for a potential violation stemming from an out-of-competition drug test from June 28. In a statement, the UFC revealed it was not aware of the potential violation until five days after UFC 200 took place in Las Vegas.
Then the bombshell dropped when it was revealed Lesnar had also been flagged for a second anti-doping violation, this time from an in-competition collection on July 9 ahead UFC 200.
It was later revealed Lesnar had tested positive for the anti-estrogenic agent clomiphene, the same banned substance found in former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, the hulking fighter could face up to a two year suspension from the sport.
Bisping (30-7), on the other hand, was last seen defending his 185-pound title with a hard fought decision win over Dan Henderson at UFC 204 earlier this month.
