Jose Aldo to Conor McGregor: Your fairytale is over, you got nowhere to run now
It didn't take long after Conor McGregor fell to Nate Diaz on Saturday night for former featherweight champion Jose Aldo to call out the Irishman for a rematch at UFC 200.
McGregor defeated Aldo in a stunning 13-second knockout this past December, but now it appears the Brazilian is gunning for a rematch this summer after what went down at UFC 196.
"See ya at UFC 200, Conor McGregor. Your fairy tale is over," Aldo wrote on Twitter. "You got nowhere to run now. Time to a rematch (expletive)."

Aldo has been asking for a rematch with McGregor ever since he suffered the loss to him at UFC 194, but it's been unclear whether or not the promotion was ready to pull the trigger on another fight between the two featherweights after the quick finish in the last fight.
Aldo wasted no time calling McGregor out after he was submitted by Diaz via rear naked choke in the second round of their matchup in Las Vegas.
McGregor noted following his loss that moving up two divisions after fighting at featherweight in December may have not been the best move for his career.
"I'm humble in victory or defeat. I took a chance to move up in weight and it didn't work," McGregor said after the fight.
The UFC will have some serious decisions to make about McGregor's future now that he's suffered his first defeat in the Octagon.
Chances are McGregor will now return to featherweight to defend his belt. But whether or not Aldo gets the rematch remains to be seen, because top-ranked contender Frankie Edgar is in line for a shot at a title fight, as well.
