Joe Lauzon brings in Takanori Gomi impersonator for last day of sparring

We've been in Massachusetts all week long shadowing lightweight star Joe Lauzon during the last week of his training camp for his UFC on FOX: Chicago main card lightweight scrap with former world champion Takanori Gomi for an upcoming feature, but Joe's video blog crew also decided to hit the scene a little early and catch some of the preparation and fun.

In episode 1 of Joe's UFC Chicago Vlog, the UFC's all-time performance bonus leader becomes one of a select few fighters on the UFC roster to get a private tour of the Reebok headquarters.

The Reebok team wanted Joe's feedback on their new gear, and the fighter got to pick out what he'll be wearing in his next fight. That took place Friday, before Joe headed out to corner a fighter on his team in a local bout.

Saturday morning Joe's teammate Andy "The Raging Korean" Aiello took to the Lauzon MMA cage to mimic Gomi in more ways than one. Not only did Aiello adopt a stance and style similar to "The Fireball Kid," he also dyed his hair blonde the day before, just to give Joe that extra authentic look.

In addition to that fun session, Joe got his final rounds of sparring in of camp, captured on camera, and then relaxed to prepare for cutting weight and traveling next week. Check out the Gomi imitation sparring session and more in episode one, above, and get ready for more inside access to the life and training camp of one of the UFC's most exciting fighters in vlog posts and our exclusive feature, to come!
