UFC history will be made tonight as former women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm battles Germaine de Randamie for the inaugural UFC women’s featherweight title Saturday at UFC 208.
Holm, an 18-time boxing champion, has a chance to become the first woman to win two UFC belts but will have a stiff challenge in front of her in former Muay Thai champion de Randamie.
In the co-main event, all-time great Anderson Silva looks for his first win since 2012 against dangerous middleweight Derek Brunson while Jared Cannonier takes the toughest fight of his career against for light heavyweight title challenger Glover Teixeira.
The rest of the card also features lightweight sluggers Dustin Poirier and Jim Miller as well as a slew of up-and-coming talent that will surely entertain the Brooklyn crowd.
