Fighters react to Conor McGregor's incredible performance at UFC 205
Conor McGregor became the first fighter in UFC history to simultaneously hold two belts Saturday night when he finished Eddie Alvarez in the second-round of their main event bout at UFC 205.
McGregor entertained the rambunctious crowd at Madison Square Garden with a dominant showing as he picked Alvarez apart with the precision striking that’s helped him run through most of his competition inside the Octagon.
The victory will surely be remembered as one of the best performances on one of the biggest stages, and his fellow fighters took to Twitter to congratulate him afterwards.
