Boxing champ Tim Bradley's MMA workout
In a recent feature on UFC Ultimate Insider, it was revealed that UFC featherweight contender Cub Swanson is childhood friends with WBO welterweight boxing champion Tim Bradley and as the video shows, he actually does full-blown MMA workouts with him. For everyone wondering why Cub's striking seems to have improved so much over his last few fights, it appears an answer has been found.
Cub will certainly need all of his newfound striking abilities against Dennis Siver, his opponent at UFC 162. Swanson has been on a serious roll as of late, winning his last 4 consecutive fights against highly regarded like Ross Pearson and Dustin Poirier.
Let's just hope that Swanson is able to take Bradley's teachings and focus them onto his fight with Siver and not on his Twitter war with Irish UFC phenom Conor McGregor.
