The U.S. women's national team has added a pair of September matches against Australia to its World Cup victory tour.

The team will face the Matildas on Sept. 17 at Ford Field in Detroit, before a rematch on Sept. 20 at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama.

The matches are the latest to be announced for a 10-game victory tour following the World Cup. The United States claimed the title with a 5-2 victory over Japan earlier this month.

Australia advanced to the quarterfinals for the first time in a World Cup.

The Americans will open the tour on Aug. 16 against Costa Rica at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. The two teams will meet again on Aug. 19 for an already sold-out match at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
