Sweden's Ibrahimovic not worried about Denmark's away goal
Zlatan Ibrahimovic insists he is not concerned by Denmark's away goal during Sweden's 2-1 victory in the first leg of their European Qualifiers Play-off on Saturday.
Emil Forsberg broke the deadlock for Sweden in the first half before Ibrahimovic made it four goals in his last four international matches, scoring from the spot in the 50th minute.
Nicolai Jorgensen did manage to pull a goal back for the visitors to leave the tie nicely poised ahead of the second leg in Copenhagen on Tuesday, but the Swedish captain is not concerned.
"We won, but we were tired by the end," he told TV5. "Now we have one match out of the way and we won, at home.
"It feels like we could have scored several more goals, but now the match is done. We won, and 2-1 is a good result.
"We left a strong effort behind and their goal doesn't mean anything. Now we just have to focus fully ahead of the second match."
Denmark were handed an 80th minute lifeline through Jorgensen's goal but striker Nicklas Bendtner thinks his side will need to do much better in the second leg if they are to book their place at Euro 2016.
"We talked at half-time that we had to go out and do better for the second half," he told Fyens. "So it is obviously negative, they got a penalty, but the positive is that we scored so we were in the game.
"In the periods where we played ball, we did well. But we did not do it enough."
