Nagoya beats Hangzhou in Asian Champions League

J-League champions Nagoya Grampus advanced to the last 16 of the Asian Champions League on Wednesday with a 1-0 win over China's Hangzhou Greentown.

Midfielder Jungo Fujimoto scored from the penalty mark in the 77th minute after Hangzhou goalkeeper Jiang Bo was given a yellow card for interference.

Nagoya improved to 10 points with one game remaining in the opening round.

Hangzhou, which upset Nagoya 2-0 in the opening day in March, was eliminated from the tournament.
