Lithuania beats Austria 2-0 in World Cup qualifier

Tomas Danilevicius scored two goals in the second half Wednesday to lead Lithuania to a 2-0 victory over Austria in a World Cup qualifier.

Lithuania, which defeated Romania 3-0 in its first game, took the lead in the 52nd minute when the ball ricocheted into the net off the feet of Danilevicius after a free kick from Marius Stankevicius.
