Let's be honest: We all love a good stretcher fail.
Except the injured party in question, of course.
An Israeli player became the latest target by a pair of bumbling medics during a second division match at the weekend. With a little more than an hour gone in Maccabi Ahi Nazareth's encounter with Maccabi Herzliya, the match produced a truly timeless highlight when Moamen Saleh went down with an injury.
In short order, two physios were summoned to Saleh's aid with a stretcher to carry him off, but, as you might have guessed, didn't quite succeed in getting the job done. Take a look:
After being dumped, Saleh's frustration boiled over as he threw the stretcher in disgust, hopped off with his one good leg until his teammate ultimately took matters into his own hands, coming to his rescue and carrying him the rest of the way.
Never gets old.
