Barcelona has agreed to transfer defender Andreu Fontas to fellow Spanish club Celta Vigo for ?1 million ($1.3 million).
Barcelona says it maintains a buy-back option as well as rights on a future transfer.
The 23-year-old Fontas played on loan with Mallorca last season after recovering from tearing a ligament in his right knee.
After avoiding relegation on the final day of last season, Celta has hired former Barcelona player and B-team manager Luis Enrique to be its coach for next season.
