The classy midfielder was sent off for two bookable offences, the first for throwing the ball away and the second for a foul on Junior Hoilett. Allen, 21, has been one of the Swans' in-form players this term and he has vowed to learn from this setback. "That's the first time I've been sent off for the first team," he told the club's official website. "I've picked up a red for the reserves but that's it. I'm particularly disappointed because they were two soft yellow cards and came at a time when we had pulled it back to 3-2. "We had the momentum and we were looking threatening for the equaliser. "But we've lost momentum after the red card and it's something that I have to learn from. "Yes the first booking was particularly disappointing, but I've got to learn to be a bit more careful when I'm on a yellow card."
