CLEVELAND (AP) -- Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden is active and will back up Jason Campbell against the Bears after missing one game with a concussion.

Chicago welcomes back quarterback Jay Cutler on Sunday after he missed four games with an ankle injury.

Weeden was twice benched this season for poor play. He was hurt Dec. 1 against Jacksonville. Weeden sat out last week's game at New England as Campbell passed for a career-high 391 yards and three touchdowns in a 27-26 loss.

Browns starting running back Willis McGahee is out with a concussion. Chris Ogbonnaya takes his spot.

Bears starting linebacker Lance Briggs will miss his seventh straight game with a fractured shoulder. Briggs practiced on a limited basis this week, his first on-field workouts since getting hurt Oct. 20 at Washington. Bears coach Marc Trestman is cautiously optimistic the seven-time Pro Bowl selection could return next week against Philadelphia.
