Twins close spring training with 3-1 win over Nationals

Mitch Garver hit a 2-run single in the ninth to give the Minnesota Twins a 3-1 win over the Nationals.

Trailing 1-0 in the seventh, Ehire Adrianza hit a solo home run to tie the game.

Jose Berrios allowed no hits while striking out three in three innings pitched.
