TCU's Daniel-Meyer Coliseum will be getting a $45 million facelift soon.

The project will begin once all the money for the project has begun. A $10 million commitment from Ed and Rae Schollmaier has the ball rolling in that direction. TCU athletic director Chris Del Conte hopes that the project can begin next year.

As part of the renovations for the basketball facility, the men's and women's programs will get new locker rooms as well as new locker rooms for the visiting team.

The complex will have a new façade similar to the one at Amon G. Carter Stadium. The playing surface will be lower to provide more courtside seating and there will also be wider concourses and more entry points. New concession stands and restrooms are also included in the renovation.
