Tampa Bay Lightning second-round playoff tickets on sale April 23

TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning will place single-game tickets for home games during the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs on sale to the general public on Saturday, April 23 at 1 p.m. The Lightning defeated the Detroit Red Wings 1-0 tonight, advancing the Bolts to the second round.

There may be a maximum of four games played at Amalie Arena during the second round depending on the result of the Florida Panthers versus New York Islanders first round series which is currently tied at 2-2. The Lightning's second round playoff series schedule will be announced at a later date.

Fans may begin purchasing Lightning second round playoff tickets beginning at 1 p.m. on April 23 online at TampaBayLightning.com/tickets or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Applicable fees may apply based on point of purchase. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for games that do not occur will be automatically refunded. There is a strict limit of four tickets per household for each game. Once playoff dates are finalized ticket-buyers will be notified via email and will be able to print their tickets 48 hours prior to each respective game.

Current Season Ticket Members will have access to a playoff pre-sale earlier during the week of April 4, and will be notified via email of their pre-sale date and time.  Fans wishing to guarantee tickets to all possible 2016 playoff games may do so ahead of the general public by placing an order for new 2016-17 season ticket memberships.  Season Ticket Members for 2016-17 may also enroll in the "Cheer Now, Pay Later" program for the 2016 playoffs, enabling them to pay for their playoff tickets after the games have been played in each round.
