Sporting KC acquires $100,000 of general allocation money from Rapids

Sporting Kansas City has traded an international roster spot for the 2018 season to the Colorado Rapids for $100,000 of general allocation money, the team announced Tuesday.

All seven of Sporting Kansas City's seven available international roster spots for 2018 are filled. The seven players are defenseman Emiliano Amor, midfielder Yohan Croizet, midfielder Felipe Gutierrez, midfielder Cristian Lobato, midfielder James Musa, forward Johnny Russell and forward Daniel Salloi.
