With a tie-breaking 3-run homer in the bottom of the sixth inning, Carlos Santana put his name among one of the most recognizable one's in the Tribe's history.
The 30-year-old joined Indians great Joe Carter on the franchise's all-time home run list, tying for 12th place with 121 total in his career thus far.
In the past week alone, Santana has really turned it on.
