Rams go heavy on offense in first NFL Draft back in Los Angeles

The 2016 NFL Draft has come and gone.

And the Los Angeles Rams got better in an area where they really needed to improve ... on offense.

Along with No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff (QB, Cal), the Rams selected two receivers, two tight ends and one linebacker.

"Obviously, as you look, offense was the priority for us. Really excited to have the tight ends be in the situation where they were, where we could help to add depth to that position. Of course the two receivers are going to help that depth as well. Just really excited about how things went off.," said Rams coach Jeff Fisher at a news conference on Saturday.

One player to especially be excited about is South Carolina's Pharoh Cooper, who's excited to get on the field opposite Tavon Austin
