Pakistan leads by 107 in 1st test against England

LONDON (AP) Pakistan stretched its lead to 107 as leg-spinner Yasir Shah's six-wicket haul bowled out England for 272 on the third day of the first cricket test on Saturday.

Stuart Broad had Mohammad Hafeez caught in the slips without scoring but Shan Masood and Azhar Ali carried Pakistan to 40-1 by lunch in the second innings.

Shah ended with 6-72, his victims including Steven Finn who was trapped leg before wicket after England resumed on 253-7.

Wahab Riaz clean bowled Broad with a full delivery in the fifth over of the day. Chris Woakes remained unbeaten on 35 when No. 11 Jake Ball was run out while going for a needless second run.
